International shipping is expensive in Germany, because it increases based on the weight plus thickness of the package. We understand shipping fees are always an extra burden for all of us therefore we try our best to keep it economic.

We offer FLAT RATE shipping, so the shipping does not change no matter how many items or how big and thick the products you purchase are. We can’t afford to provide free shipping, but with flat rate, we can cover the overage for you.

Europe: 12.00€

UK: 18.00€ (including Brexit Processing Fees charged by DHL)

Yes we do. We ship worldwide from Leipzig, Germany.

Q: How do you ship my package?

Premium Registered Mail with Deutsch Post DHL Group that including tracking and insurance.

 

Q: Do you provide tracking number?

YES. All orders come with tracking number.

 

Q: How long do you take to dispatch my order?

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment (except on the weekends and Germany public holidays).

Q: Estimated delivery time?

– Germany: 1-6 business days
– Europe: 1-3 weeks
– The Rest of the World: 2-8weeks

Q: What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

Sometime the parcel flight might be delayed, wind up in your country’s custom or get hold by your local post due to overwhelmed work on their side from time to time.

To find out more, you can contact your local post office with your tracking number, and they should be able to provide an explanation. It will be faster than trying to get information from our side. Unless – the tracking shows that it’s still in Germany.

Alternatively, you may drop us an email with your order number and we will try our best to check it for you.

**We are more than happy to give you full refund if the package didn’t get deliver successfully. However each post investigation we open/ request with DHL will take up to 2-3 months to proceed. Until the final answer is out we won’t process the refund just yet. Thank you for your understanding**
